Pay the 50% deposit
Your production slot is reserved once the deposit and approved order details are received.
Production begins
Your order is manufactured, quality checked, packed and prepared for export.
Pay the balance
We provide completion confirmation and relevant shipping documentation before requesting the remaining 50%.
We arrange delivery
Your shipment is released and transported to your nominated business address.

The first payment begins production. The second is due only after the order has been completed and prepared for shipment.
Production deposit
Paid after the final quotation and Pro Forma Invoice have been approved.
Balance before shipment
Paid after completion is verified and before the shipment is released for export.

Is the displayed price final?
No. The page provides an estimate. Pedors verifies production details and international delivery costs before issuing a Pro Forma Invoice.
Who is the importer of record?
The purchasing distributor or business normally acts as the importer of record and remains responsible for local import obligations.
What does Estimated International Delivery include?
Factory collection, export documentation, LCL sea freight, insurance, brokerage coordination and delivery to the nominated business address.
What costs are not included?
Import duty, VAT, GST, sales tax, inspections, government charges and other destination-country fees are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Can I request air freight?
Air freight can be quoted manually for urgent orders. The standard Global Direct estimate is based on LCL sea freight.
Can I mix different Pedors styles?
Yes. You may combine any qualifying Pedors styles to reach the 300-pair minimum. Within each individual SKU, each size and width combination must be ordered in multiples of three pairs. For example, Mary Jane Size 8 XW may be ordered as 3, 6, 9 or 12 pairs.
